So sollen Hindernisse beseitigt werden und die Technologien des Echtzeit-Zahlungsverkehrs dem gesamten Zahlungsverkehrssektor Auftrieb geben. wird in diesem Zusammenhang f\u00fcr alle Banken und Zahlungsanbieter verpflichtend die sogenannte Verification Of Payee (VOP) eingef\u00fchrt \u2013 eine automatisierte Plausibilit\u00e4tspr\u00fcfung zwischen einem Schl\u00fcsselidentifikator wie der IBAN und dem Namen des Kontoinhabenden.\nMittlerweile sind die Timelines und weitere Details der Verordnung bekannt, die drastische Auswirkungen auf Banken und PSPs haben. Unter anderem soll die VOP nicht nur f\u00fcr Instant Payments eingef\u00fchrt werden, sondern f\u00fcr alle SEPA-Transaktionen. Dabei ist die Timeline eng und die Umsetzungsfristen haben bereits begonnen. Seit kurzem steht auch fest, dass SurePay die Beauftragung zur Einf\u00fchrung des VOP in Belgien erhalten hat. Ebenfalls wurde die SurePay VOP L\u00f6sung in den Validation Service von Swift integriert und ist bereits
