API Specifications
This document describes the technical specification of the SurePay VOP Gateway API, designed for Payment Service Providers (PSP) that send VOP requests, either within the SurePay ecosystem or to external VOP responders, while complying with the EPC VOP Rulebook requirements.

Overview
Based on this specification, a consumer of the VOP Gateway API should be able to submit a request for name-matching, which would result in a valid VOP request sent to respective responding participants. The Gateway is responsible for onboarding and routing to all participants based on the BIC code. However the internal logic of the API is not part of this specification.
